Job Description

Role & responsibilities Manage 5-6 branches on Business, Operations, Collections and Human resource. This position is responsible for achieving Area targets of customer outreach, portfolio quality and portfolio disbursement on a monthly basis. Manage Sales, collection, Operations, Disbursement and end to end activity for the respective Branches assigned. Execute business expansion plan as per the companys requirement. This position is responsible for maintaining controls and compliances of the branches assigned. Preferred candidate profile Minimum 7 yrs experience in Affordable Housing Loan, LAP (Loan against property), Mortgage Loan, Branch Management & Team Handling in Financial Business Development roles. Graduation & Above. Language: English is a must & Regional Language.
