Job Summary:

Oversee and manage corporate finance operations across multiple branches/regions, ensuring financial planning, compliance, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and guide finance teams across assigned regions.
  • Monitor P&L statements, budgets, and financial reports.
  • Implement corporate finance policies and ensure compliance.
  • Develop strategies to maximize revenue and minimize risks.
  • Coordinate with senior management on business planning and expansion.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and financial institutions.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • MBA/CA/Finance-related degree.
  • 5- 8 years of experience in corporate finance/area management.
  • Strong analytical, financial modeling, and leadership skills.
  • Knowledge of compliance, taxation, and financial regulations.
