This includes driving sales growth, meeting revenue targets, and establishing a robust network of educational institutions and loan intermediaries. Day-to-day tasks involve identifying potential clients, maintaining client relationships, conducting market research, and devising sales strategies for market expansion. Additionally, you will lead a team, monitor their performance, and ensure high levels of employee engagement and productivity. The ideal candidate should possess strong sales and business development skills, along with experience in team management and leadership. Excellent relationship-building, networking, and market research abilities are required. Effective communication, negotiation skills, and the capacity to work full-time in Ahmedabad are essential.
