We Are Hiring Area Head (Direct Channel) | Life Insurance | Kolkata

Position: Area Head Direct Channel (Supervisor Role)
Channel: Direct Sales
Location: Kolkata, West Bengal Preference: Only Local Kolkata Candidates
CTC: 8 - 10 LPA

Experience Required:

6 to 8 years in Life Insurance Sales Management
Minimum 2 years in Team Handling / Supervisor role

Role Overview

Looking for a dynamic leader to manage a high-performance Direct Channel sales team. The ideal candidate must have strong insurance sales experience and proven team management capability.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise a team of Sales Managers/Executives
Drive sales targets through Direct Channel
Plan, monitor, and review team performance
Execute local sales strategies to achieve business goals
Ensure customer retention and relationship management
Conduct field visits and training sessions
Maintain strong MIS and reporting discipline

Key Requirements:

Strong knowledge of Life Insurance Direct Channel
Excellent communication & leadership skills
Proven track record of driving sales through a team
Ability to motivate, mentor & manage performance
Must be currently residing in Kolkata or nearby areas
