Job Summary:
We are hiring Area Field Officers to manage multi-site operations, ensure smooth site mobilization, recruit and train staff, and deliver excellent customer service. This role requires strong leadership, communication skills, and the ability to handle day-to-day site operations effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations across multiple sites
• Recruit, train, and develop employees while controlling attrition
• Coordinate between office and site teams for smooth operations
• Ensure health, safety, and compliance standards are followed
• Resolve customer issues quickly and effectively
• Track billing, payment collection, and maintain documentation
• Support sales team with operational surveys and resource allocation
• Open to travel across Maharashtra when required

Requirements:

• Qualification: Any Graduate
• Experience: Minimum 4 to 5 years (Facility Management preferred)
• Age: 24 to 35 years
• Strong leadership, problem solving, and communication skills
• Local language knowledge will be an added advantage

Salary Range: 5 to 6 LPA

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
