Key Responsibilities: 1. Sales Management: o Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets within the Hyderabad region. o Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify opportunities for growth. o Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including retailers, distributors, and contractors. 2. Distribution Operations: o Ensure the efficient and timely distribution of products across Hyderabad. o Coordinate with logistics, warehouse teams, and distributors to manage inventory levels and deliveries. o Optimize distribution routes and methods to improve service levels and reduce costs. 3. Market Development: o Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and market trends specific to Hyderabad. o Identify and develop new market opportunities within the region. o Plan and execute promotional activities, events, and campaigns to boost brand visibility and sales. 4. Team Leadership: o Lead, manage, and motivate a team of sales representatives and distribution staff. o Provide training and development opportunities to ensure the team achieves its objectives. o Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing regular feedback and support. 5. Customer Relationship Management: o Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing client issues and improving service delivery. o Work closely with the customer service team to resolve complaints and enhance customer experience. o Engage with customers to gather feedback and insights for continuous improvement. 6. Reporting & Analysis: o Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and distribution efficiency. o Analyze data to inform strategic decisions and adjustments to sales and distribution plans. o Report to the Regional Sales Manager on progress, challenges, and recommendations. Qualifications & Skills: Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA is a plus. Experience: 5+ years of experience in sales and distribution, preferably in the paint or related industry. Skills: o Strong leadership and team management skills. o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. o Proficient in sales analysis and market research. o Knowledge of distribution and logistics processes. o Proficiency in MS Office and sales management software. Other Requirements: Language Proficiency: Fluency in English and Telugu is essential. Location: Based in Hyderabad with regular travel within the region.
