Role Overview: As an Area Collection Manager for 2 Wheeler Loan and Pre-owned car in the Retail Banking sector, your main responsibility is to manage a team and coordinate operational recovery activities for the credit portfolio in your assigned territory. You will administer corporate policies and procedures to minimize front delinquencies and work closely with the legal team to provide legal advice on managing delinquencies. Your end-to-end collection responsibility in the allocated area will contribute to the bank's overall objectives. You will plan, organize, direct, and oversee the Recoveries department's activities while managing associated agencies. Your role is critical in impacting the financial institution's budget planning. Key Responsibilities: - Handle collections for specific products in the assigned area - Ensure collection efficiency and cost effectiveness - Track and control area delinquency, focusing on non-starters, Bucket-wise & DPD wise - Review account allocations and collections targets for agencies and in-house teams - Follow up with default customers through a dedicated team - Ensure collection agencies and executives adhere to legal guidelines - Manage productivity by setting parameters for in-house/agencies/collection executives - Ensure adequate Feet on Street availability area-wise/bucket-wise/segment-wise - Conduct detailed background and reference checks of appointed agencies/DCTs - Collaborate with the legal team for legal actions on specified cases - Build relationships with key clients for timely collections - Determine suitable tactics/strategies for timely collections Managerial & Leadership Responsibilities: - Attract and retain top talent for key roles in your reporting structure Qualifications Required: - Graduation in any field - Post-Graduation in any field Additional details of the company: N/A,
