Job Description

We are looking for a skilled professional to fill the role of Area Collections Manager - Retail MFB - Collections in Amroha, Chandpur, and JM. The ideal candidate will have 6-10 years of experience in collections management.
Roles and Responsibility

Manage and oversee the collections process for retail clients.

Develop and implement effective strategies to improve collection efficiency.

Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and issues.

Analyze and report on collection performance metrics to senior management.
