Job Description

Responsibilities

Strategy & Planning:
Develop and implement collection strategies for Home Loans and Loan Against Property (LAP), focusing on resolution rates and recovery of non-performing assets (NPAs).
Team Management:
Lead, train, and manage a team of collection agents and executives to meet daily and monthly collection targets.
Performance Monitoring:
Monitor and analyze collection team performance, ensuring adherence to daily run rates, productivity, and desired call quality standards.
Account Management:
Identify delinquent and NPA accounts and work with borrowers to negotiate repayment plans and find optimal recovery solutions.
Legal & Compliance:
Coordinate with the legal team for recovery procedures and ensure all collections activities comply with internal policies and relevant financial regulations.
Reporting:
Prepare and present regular reports on collection performance, risk assessment, and strategy outcomes.
