Area Business Manager - Visakhapatnam

As an Area Business Manager at Zuventus Healthcare Ltd., you will play a crucial role in leading and managing a team in the Gromaxx department located in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Acquiring the required product knowledge through training programs, cycle meetings, and on-the-job training. - Communicating and collaborating with subordinates to align on goals and strategies. - Ensuring the complete implementation of strategies and systems as per directives. - Retaining team members and scouting for new talent. - Inducting new employees according to company policy and ensuring adherence to policies and codes of conduct. - Managing vacant territories effectively. - Guiding team members to resolve issues with stockists and chemists. - Planning and submitting tour programs for yourself and the team following guidelines. - Conducting monthly analysis of Primary/Secondary sales and customer coverage. - Connecting with Key Opinion Leaders (KOL) and Key Business Leaders (KBL) to build strong business relationships. - Briefing subordinates on incentive schemes. - Ensuring the achievement of annual targets and targets for new product launches. - Developing team members in detailing, product knowledge, Retail Chemist Prescription Audit (RCPA), and in-clinic effectiveness. - Identifying new business opportunities and maintaining discipline and work ethics within the team. - Organizing academic activities for doctors such as Continuous Medical Education (CME) and conferences. Qualifications required for this role include: - B.Sc or Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) or Diploma in Pharmacy In addition to the mentioned responsibilities and qualifications, you will be part of Zuventus Healthcare Ltd., a company operating in the ZHL Field in Asia, specifically in the South Zone of India.,
