Key Responsibilities:

Develop Sales Officers in terms of product knowledge and companys quality standards
Ensure the team achieves assigned sales objectives via distributor engagement
Conduct joint field visits with Sales Officers at distributor and stockist level each month
Support team members during new product launches across distributor territories
Ensure proper distribution of promotional material via Sales Officers to distributors and stockists
Assist Sales Officers in preparing stockist orders and forwarding them to depot through distributor coordination
Report daily attendance of self and team to Head Office
Ensure timely payment realization across all distributor channels
Keep Head Office updated on competitor activities and market trends
Facilitate appointment of new distributors in consultation with RSM/ZSM
Assist in recruiting new Sales Officers in coordination with RSM
Conduct training sessions for new team members in line with company standards

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)
5 to 7 years of relevant experience in sales or distributor management
