Area Business Manager-Portfolio-AGRI-FIN-PROJECTS (AF)-Marketing Branches Operations

You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of Agri SME customers, requiring an acceptable knowledge of the respective geography and the ability to quickly recruit team members. Your role involves understanding customers" business models, appraising financials, and identifying suitable NTB business opportunities for Working capital (fund-based/non-fund-based) and Term loan facilities in Agri food processing & MSME Industries. You will also cross-sell liability and other third-party products to newly onboarded customers. Collaboration with Credit & Risk function, legal & technical team, RCAD & GR/GTS team for smooth customer onboarding & effective risk management is crucial. Developing network & channel in various business segments through associations & industry bodies, warehouse managers, etc., is also part of the job. Monitoring and suggesting improvements in processes based on ground reality & market trends to enhance efficiency is expected. Requirements: - CA/ PG Diploma/ PG in Banking & Finance/ Commerce, or equivalent qualifications. - Team handling experience is required. - Strong oral and written communication skills. - Proficiency in relationship management. - Leadership qualities. - Local market knowledge is an added advantage. - Minimum of 5 years of experience in SME funding work.,
