Area Business Manager-Kanpur-Odenea

As an Area Business Manager at Zuventus Healthcare Ltd., you will be responsible for managing the business operations in the North Zone of India, specifically in Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh. Your role will involve leading a team of field employees in the Odenea department under the ZHL Field vertical. Additionally, your responsibilities will include managing vacant territories, guiding team members to resolve issues with stockists and chemists, analyzing primary and secondary sales data, connecting with Key Opinion Leaders (KOL) and Key Business Leaders (KBL), building strong relationships with key customers, and ensuring the achievement of annual targets and new product launches. Furthermore, you will be expected to develop team members in various aspects such as detailing, product knowledge, Retail Chemist Prescription Audit (RCPA), and in-clinic effectiveness.
