Area Business Manager - Florina - Nagpur

You are looking for an Area Business Manager position at Zuventus Healthcare Ltd. As an Area Business Manager, your responsibilities will include: - Communicating and collaborating with subordinates on goals. - Ensuring complete strategy/system implementations as per directives. - Scouting new talent. - Inducting new employees as per company's policy, ensuring no deviation while practicing policies and code of conduct. - Managing vacant territories effectively. - Guiding team members to resolve issues and dealing with stockists & chemists. - Preparing and submitting the tour program for yourself and the team as per the guidelines. - Conducting monthly analysis of Primary/ Secondary sales, customer coverage, etc. - Connecting with Key Opinion Leaders (KOL) & Key Business Leaders (KBL). - Building business relationships with key customers. - Briefing subordinates on the incentive scheme. - Ensuring the annual target achievement of all HQ. - Ensuring target achievement of all new launches. - Developing team members in Detailing, Product Knowledge, RCPA, and Inclinic Effectiveness. - Identifying new business opportunities. - Maintaining discipline in the team. Qualifications required for this role include: - Graduation in B.Sc, Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm), or Diploma in Pharmacy. - Skills in Communication, Presentation, Scientific Background, Influencing, Team Management, Problem Solving, and Analytical Ability.
