Area Business Manager - Business Loans - Sales

As a Business Loan Manager at our company, your role involves managing a team of leaders and Relationship Managers at the Regional Level. Your focus will be on channel management including DSA Open Market & Direct Channel to increase the book size, SOH, and profitability of the location. You will need to ensure that team members understand client business models, trade-related activities, cash flows, etc., identify opportunities, and grow client relationships. Your responsibilities also include grooming and mentoring team members to achieve desired performance levels, building relationships with key persons in the target segments, resolving regional level concerns, driving adoption of digital initiatives, and ensuring right sourcing at the regional level. Key Responsibilities: - Manage a team of leaders and Relationship Managers - Increase the book size, SOH, and profitability of the location - Build client relationships and trust through key person engagement - Drive adoption of digital initiatives - Ensure right sourcing at the regional level - Enhance market reach through various networking activities - Identify and capitalize on cross-selling opportunities - Monitor competitive elements in the target segments - Drive high-caliber client service - Manage TAT for client onboarding, requests processing, renewals, etc. - Improve efficiency by overseeing process improvements - Benchmark and adopt industry best practices - Customize solutions and mitigate risks - Ensure hygiene parameters are met at the location Qualifications Required: - 10+ years of experience in the local market - Sales knowledge and prior experience in driving and managing teams - Good leadership, self-motivation, and communication skills - Strong relationship management and influencing skills Location: Ahmedabad/Surat Reporting Relationship: Will have a team reporting to you and will report to ZBM Position Grade: M5 Join us in this challenging yet rewarding role where you can make a significant impact on our business loan department while driving team success and client satisfaction.,
