As an Area Business Head at our educational center, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations, academics, and business performance. Your role will require strong leadership qualities, a background in the education or training industry, and a passion for delivering high-quality learning experiences. Key Responsibilities: - Operational Management: - Oversee daily operations including infrastructure, staff, logistics, and administration. - Ensure smooth delivery of academic programs and adherence to SOPs. - Monitor center hygiene, safety, and compliance with company standards. - Academic & Student Management: - Coordinate with faculty and academic teams for timely class delivery and student satisfaction. - Address student/parent concerns, feedback, and grievances professionally. - Conduct periodic reviews of academic performance and suggest improvements. - Business Development & Revenue Generation: - Achieve branch targets related to admissions, revenue, and student retention. - Conduct local marketing, seminars, school/college visits, and promotional activities. - Convert leads to enrollments through effective counseling and follow-ups. - Team Leadership: - Hire, train, and supervise staff including counselors, admin staff, and faculty (if required). - Motivate the team to achieve individual and branch goals. - Conduct regular meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions. - Reporting & Analysis: - Maintain and analyze branch performance data including admissions, revenue, student feedback, etc. - Send regular reports to the regional or central office. - Take corrective actions based on business performance metrics. Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in related field (MBA preferred). - Proven experience in branch operations, academics, or business management. - Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills. - Knowledge of sales, marketing, and data-driven performance management.,
