Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Area Business Associate to manage and oversee the sales operations in a designated region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business performance, achieving sales targets, developing relationships with key stakeholders, and ensuring the strategic growth of Biocent Scientific’s product portfolio in the assigned area. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets within the assigned area. Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, doctors, pharmacists, and key decision-makers in the region. Identify new business opportunities and work on expanding the customer base. Promote and detail Biocent Scientific’s products to healthcare professionals, highlighting their benefits and usage. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to ensure the company’s offerings are competitive. Provide timely and accurate reports on sales performance, market conditions, and potential growth areas to senior management. Ensure the availability and timely distribution of products to meet customer needs. Organize training and product information sessions for the sales team and key stakeholders. Regularly visit healthcare professionals and institutions to ensure customer satisfaction and gather valuable feedback. Coordinate with other departments like marketing, logistics, and regulatory teams to support the area’s operations. Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related field. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical sales or business development domain. Strong knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry, product offerings, and market dynamics. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing business operations effectively. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to lead and motivate a sales team towards achieving business goals. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools. Ability to travel extensively within the assigned area. Native Candidates only Preferred (Kottayam only) and should be ready to travel extensively Preferred age less than 45 Years. Males Prefered. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹330,000.00 per year Benefits: Health insurance Life insurance Schedule: Monday to Friday Supplemental Pay: Yearly bonus Work Location: In person
