Medical Representative

The role of the medical representative is integral to the healthcare and pharmaceutical industry, encompassing a diverse range of responsibilities that bridge the gap between medical science and commercial promotion. These professionals are essential in disseminating information about pharmaceutical products, medical devices, and treatment options to healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Planning and organizing daily visit schedules to meet healthcare professionals
• Maintaining relationships with key decision-makers in hospitals and clinics
• Achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets within assigned territories
• Presenting detailed product information to doctors and healthcare professionals
• Organizing and conducting medical workshops and continuing medical education (CME) programs
• Providing scientific literature and clinical trial data to support product claims
• Gathering competitive intelligence about rival products
• Tracking prescription patterns and market trends
• Preparing reports on market dynamics and customer feedback
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of the healthcare industry.
• Sales and marketing abilities.
• The ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
• Adaptability to changes in the industry.
• a driving licence - essential for this role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.
• Native Candidates only Preferred ( Pathanamthitta only) and should be ready to travel extensively

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
