Responsibilities

Clinical AI Author

• Contribute to the design and validation of clinical reasoning models within your medical specialty.
• Provide structured clinical knowledge aligned with national and international guidelines and evidence-based medicine.
• Review anonymised clinical cases and participate in peer-review discussions with other senior specialists.
• Collaborate with MetaQare’s scientific and technical teams to ensure clinical accuracy, ethical integrity, and transparency.
• Participate in the continuous improvement of models as medical evidence, standards, and guidelines evolve.

Requirements

• MBBS with completed postgraduate specialty training (MD / MS / DNB or equivalent).
• Recognised medical specialty in India.
• Minimum 

  5–7 years

   of independent clinical practice after completion of postgraduate training.
• Strong evidence-based clinical reasoning skills.
• Interest in medical innovation, clinical AI, and digital health.
• Fluency in English; additional Indian languages are an advantage.
• Eligible to collaborate as an independent professional in India.
