Architectural Project Manager

• Project Planning: Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and milestones in line with design and execution goals.
• Budget & Cost Management: Estimate costs, track expenses, and ensure project adherence to approved budgets.
• Team Coordination: Manage and communicate with architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants to align objectives and resolve conflicts.
• Design Oversight: Ensure the design intent is faithfully executed on-site, review drawings, and maintain compliance with regulations and client needs.
• Client Communication: Act as a liaison between the client/design office and on-site execution team. Provide regular updates and reports.
• Problem-Solving: Anticipate challenges, identify risks, and propose practical solutions to keep the project on schedule and aligned with vision.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain project records, site reports, meeting minutes, and communication logs.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Construction Management (Master’s preferred).
• 7+ years of project management experience, ideally in hospitality, resort, or large-scale architecture-led developments.
• Strong understanding of architectural detailing, construction practices, and site execution.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to balance design sensitivity with pragmatic problem-solving.
• Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office; familiarity with BIM/AutoCAD is a plus.
