Architectural Intern

Position: Architecture Intern

Location: Noida

Job Type: Internship (6 months, full-time preferred)

🎯 Role Objective

To assist the design and site team with architectural drawings, 3D models, documentation, and project coordination for ongoing residential and hospitality turnkey projects. The intern will gain hands-on experience in both design and execution processes.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

Design & Drafting Support

• • Work on 2D drawings in AutoCAD including plans, sections, elevations, and working details
• • Assist in developing conceptual layouts and schematic presentations
• • Support the team in preparing working drawings for architectural and interior projects

3D Modeling & Visualisation

• • Create SketchUp models based on sketches or drawings
• • Assist in rendering views using Enscape/Lumion or similar tools (if applicable)
• • Contribute to mood boards and material presentation boards

Project Documentation

• • Prepare area charts, BOQ support files, and drawing sheets for submission
• • Help maintain drawing logs, revision history, and issue formats
• • Assist in making client presentations and coordination documents

Site Coordination & Learning

• • Visit sites to understand ongoing work stages and assist with measurements or as-built drawings
• • Coordinate with site engineers and vendors for learning about material usage and finishes
• • Maintain basic site visit reports or material inventory formats under guidance

✅ Skills & Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed B.Arch degree

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp (basic rendering skills are a plus)

• Working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word)

• Good communication and eagerness to learn design + execution aspects

• Willingness to multitask between design and site responsibilities

💰 Stipend & Benefits

• Monthly stipend: ₹5,000(3months)+ ₹10000(following months)

• Certificate of Internship

• Exposure to live architectural and turnkey projects

• Mentorship by principal architect and design team

📅 Internship Duration

• Minimum 6 months preferred

• Start Date: Immediate or as per academic schedule
