Position: Site Engineer

Location: Lucknow / Project Sites

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹14,000/month

Objective

The Site Engineer will ensure day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force, the work of subcontractors, and executing the project as per the planned schedule and quality parameters.

Key Responsibilities

- Execute the project as per drawings, specifications, and schedule.

- Maintain daily progress reports (DPR) and labor attendance.

- Monitor and control site materials stock.

- Raise requirements for materials in advance and coordinate with vendors.

- Verify quantities before passing bills to Project Manager or accounts.

- Ensure safety measures are followed at the site.

- Communicate site concerns, deviations, or unforeseen conditions to the PM.

- Provide updates and attend review meetings regularly.

Technical Skills Required

- Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings.

- Familiarity with construction activities including RCC, masonry, plaster, waterproofing, tiling, plumbing, and electrical works.

- Ability to maintain DPRs, stock registers, and billing checks.

- Basic understanding of quality control practices at site.

Eligibility & Qualification

- Diploma/B.Tech in Civil Engineering or related field.

- 1–2 years of work experience preferred (fresher with internship exposure acceptable).

- Basic proficiency in Excel and WhatsApp/Project management software -based reporting.

- Should be proactive and responsible for delegated work.
