Job Title: Draftsperson

Department: Architecture

Reports to: Project Architect

• Preparing Municipal and Working drawings
• Detailing of the plan, after approval from Project architect
• Built-up area calculations, Balcony calculations, FSI consumption etc. as per respective norms, detailing of elevations and sections, parking requirement calculations, L.V calculations, carpet area calculations, plot area calculations etc.
• Finishing of Drawings.
• Preparing presentation plans
• Preparing 3D models in sketch-up
• Prioritizing projects with approvals from Project teams.
• Formatting and printing of drawing sheets
• Site supervision including measurement checking.
