Our portfolio includes diverse projects such as community living, senior living, experiential retail, flexible workspaces, and urban communities. Currently, we are developing an active senior living community in partnership with Adani Realty at Shantigram Township and commercial spaces at GIFT City, SEZ.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Design Draftsman to join our team. This role involves creating technical, engineering, and architectural drawings using CAD and Revit software. The ideal candidate will work closely with engineers and architects to develop precise and detailed drafting solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and modify technical, engineering, and architectural drawings based on project requirements.
• Utilize CAD and Revit software to create accurate and high-quality designs.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and specifications.
• Review and revise drawings as per feedback from engineers, architects, and clients.
• Collaborate with teams to integrate construction methods, materials, and design feasibility.
• Maintain proper documentation and version control for all drawings.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proficiency in CAD and Revit software and drafting techniques.
• Strong knowledge of engineering and architectural drawings.
• Attention to detail, accuracy, and precision in drafting.
• Understanding of construction methods, materials, and structural components.
• Problem-solving and analytical skills for optimizing design solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree in architectural design, Engineering, or a related field.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
