Architectural Draftsman

Role Description

The Eka Designs is seeking a talented Architectural Draftsman with around 3 years of experience to join our design team. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Sector 5, Noida.

The Architectural Draftsman will be responsible for preparing detailed architectural drawings and technical plans from conceptual designs and specifications. The role involves working closely with architects and interior designers, ensuring accuracy, compliance with building codes, and alignment with design intent. You will also assist in documentation, revisions, and coordination with site teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed architectural drawings, layouts, and working drawings using AutoCAD and related software.
• Collaborate with architects, designers, and project teams to translate concepts into technical plans.
• Ensure all drawings meet project specifications, design intent, and regulatory requirements.
• Update and revise drawings as per feedback or design modifications.
• Maintain organized documentation of drawings and revisions.
• Support in coordinating between design and site execution teams.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Drafting, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as an Architectural Draftsman.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit or SketchUp is an added advantage.
• Strong understanding of architectural detailing, construction techniques, and building regulations.
• Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and time management.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Experience in residential, commercial, or hospitality projects is preferred.
