Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Architectural Drafter located in Khopoli. The Architectural Drafter will create and prepare architectural drawings and construction drawings. This role involves detailed planning, accuracy in drafting, and collaboration with other team members to ensure that project specifications are met. The candidate will be responsible for transforming concepts into detailed plans and ensuring that designs adhere to building regulations.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Architectural Drawings and Architecture
• Experience in Planning and developing Construction Drawings
• Strong Drawing skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to work on-site in Khopoli
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
• Experience with CAD software is a plus
• Knowledge of building regulations and codes is beneficial
