Architectural Designer:B Arch

Overview

This role is suitable for a recent graduate with a Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) degree. The candidate will work under senior architects and assist in architectural design, drafting, and project coordination. Common job titles include Junior Architect or Architectural Assistant.

Key Responsibilities

Design and Drafting

• Assist in developing architectural design concepts.
• Prepare 2D drawings such as plans, elevations, and sections.
• Create basic 3D models and visualizations.

Software and Technical Work

• Use architectural software including AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Prepare presentation drawings and documents.

Project Support

• Support senior architects in preparing design and working drawings.
• Assist in site visits and coordination with consultants and contractors.
• Help in documentation and project submissions.

Communication

• Participate in internal design discussions.
• Assist in client presentations and meetings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) degree.
• Fresh graduate or up to 0-1 years of experience.
• Basic knowledge of architectural software tools.
• Portfolio of academic or internship work is preferred.

Skills Required

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
