Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Architectural Designer located in Gurugram.

The Architectural Designer will be responsible for

Concept Design, Rendering , Detail construction drawings, Sourcing & Project Management Functions.

On Shortlisting of Application:

She/He would ned top complete a short assignment as a first step.

Post that we will conduct an online or in person interview and finalise the offer.

Non-Negotiables:

1. This is an in person Job (i.e. requires physical presence on the office and not WFH)
2. We provide all licensed CAD software but you will need to get you own Laptop (Compatible to run the Cad softwares)
3. Software we expect you to learn during the 1^st Month(in case you do not know them already) are:
4. ArchiCad
5. Sketch Up
6. Twin Motion or Enscape
7. Excel
8. There would be a probation for a minimum of 6 months.

Qualifications

• Bachelor in Archtecture
• Graduate in Interior design (with working knowledge in CAD softwares)
• Civil Engineer (with working Knowledge of CAD softwares)

Remuneration:

Flexible and would be based on the skills one brings to the organisation.
