Job Description of Architect
Position: Architect Location: Andheri Industry: Real Estate Key Responsibilities Meet with clients to understand project requirements, objectives, and budget. Develop design concepts, layouts, and detailed architectural drawings. Prepare 2D/3D models, presentations, and technical documents. Ensure designs comply with building codes, safety regulations, and zoning laws. Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and consultants to integrate structural, mechanical, and electrical systems. Oversee construction progress to ensure adherence to design, quality, and specifi cations. Select appropriate materials, fi nishes, and sustainable solutions. Make modifi cations to designs based on client feedback or site conditions. Prepare cost estimates, timelines, and feasibility studies. Stay updated with the latest architectural trends, technologies, and sustainability practices.Requirements & Qualifi cations Bachelors/Masters degree in Architecture (B.Arch / M.Arch). Valid professional license/registration (as per local regulations). Proven experience as an Architect or in architectural design projects. Profi ciency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3ds Max, and other design software. Strong knowledge of building materials, construction methods, and sustainability practices. Excellent visualization, creativity, and technical drawing skills. Strong communication, presentation, and client-handling skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Having Knowledge in BIMKey Skills Architectural design & planning 2D/3D modeling & visualization Knowledge of building codes & regulations Project coordination & site supervision Creativity & problem-solving Time and resource managementExperience:At least 5- 6 yrs of Experience in Architecture.Salary:As per company Norms.
