About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Architectural Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong design sense, technical proficiency, and the ability to translate ideas into innovative and functional architectural solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with senior architects and project teams to develop design concepts, drawings, and detailed documentation.
• Prepare architectural plans, elevations, sections, and presentation drawings using AutoCAD and Revit.
• Create 3D models and visualizations using SketchUp for design presentations and client reviews.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel for project data management, schedules, and quantity take-offs.
• Participate in design discussions, brainstorming sessions, and client presentations.
• Develop working drawings, construction details, and technical documentation as per project requirements.
• Ensure design compliance with local building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
• Coordinate with consultants, engineers, and contractors throughout the design and execution phases.
• Stay updated on new materials, design technologies, and sustainable architecture practices.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or Diploma in Architecture.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Microsoft Excel is essential.
• Strong understanding of architectural design principles, materials, and detailing.
• Excellent visualization, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced design environment.
• Passionate about creative design and delivering high-quality work.
