Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated Architectural Designer (entry- to mid-level) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is passionate about residential design, skilled in translating concepts into detailed drawings, and eager to contribute to all phases of a project—from schematic design through construction documentation.

Responsibilities

• Support the design team in developing residential projects from concept through construction
• Create and refine 2D and 3D design drawings, renderings, and presentations
• Prepare detailed construction documents, specifications, and schedules
• Participate in client meetings and help translate feedback into design solutions
• Conduct site analysis and zoning/code research, and assist in permit submissions
• Coordinate with consultants, engineers, and contractors to ensure design intent is maintained
• Assist with interior layouts, material selections, and fixture specifications
• Prepare digital and physical presentation materials for client and city review meetings
• Review shop drawings and submittals during construction administration
• Maintain organized project files, drawings, and documentation
• Contribute to team brainstorming sessions and design critiques
• Stay up-to-date on residential design trends, building technologies, and sustainable practices

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong design and visualization skills
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Collaborative attitude and willingness to learn

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
