Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed architectural drawings, layouts, and 3D models using AutoCAD and SketchUp.
• Develop high-quality visualizations and renderings using Enscape, V-Ray, and Lumion.
• Translate client briefs into space plans, design concepts, and presentation materials.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and design teams to deliver USA/UK-standard outputs.
• Ensure design accuracy, code compliance, and adherence to client specifications.
• Support in creating construction documentation, BOQs, and technical detailing.
• Contribute to design reviews, provide revisions, and ensure timely project delivery.

Qualifications & Skills Required

✔️ Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch) – mandatory.

✔️ 1–4 years of professional experience as an Architectural Designer.

✔️ Experience in USA/UK-based projects.

✔️ Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape, V-Ray, Lumion.

✔️ Strong design sense with ability to translate concepts into visuals.

✔️ Understanding of international codes/standards, detailing, and documentation.

✔️ Excellent communication & collaboration skills.

✔️ Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
