Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Tiruchirappalli for an Architectural Designer. The responsibilities include creating architectural designs and construction drawings, collaborating with cross-functional teams to incorporate design specifications, and contributing to urban planning projects. The role requires ensuring project compliance with sustainability and engineering standards while aligning with timelines and budgets.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Architecture and Architectural Design concepts and tools.
Strong skills in Construction Drawings and technical drawing development.
Experience and expertise in Urban Planning and development strategies.
Knowledge of sustainable design practices and relevant industry certifications is a plus.
Proficiency in design software and tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
