Role Summary

Architectural Designer

Key Responsibilities

• Create architectural drawings, layouts, and visual concepts using AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar tools.
• Understand client briefs and develop accurate, functional design solutions.
• Collaborate with project, sales, and technical teams to ensure constructability and alignment with system standards.
• Prepare and update design documentation and presentation materials.
• Assist senior architects during project coordination and occasional site visits.
  

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or equivalent.
• 0–2 years of experience in design or drafting (fresh graduates welcome).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and MS Office; Revit is a plus.
• Knowledge of building layouts, elevations, and materials.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Curiosity and passion for modern, prefabricated construction methods.
