Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Architect located in Tiruchirappalli. The Architect will be responsible for designing, planning, and overseeing construction projects. Daily tasks include creating architectural plans, consulting with clients, managing project timelines, and ensuring compliance with safety and building regulations. The Architect will collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects meet specifications and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Experience creating Architect Plans, 3D Elevations, and Structural Designs
• Skills in Residential Construction, Commercial Construction, and Renovation Work
• Proficiency in using architectural software and tools for design and planning
• Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards
• Excellent communication and project management skills
• Ability to work on-site and collaborate with various stakeholders
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field
• Licensed architect is preferred
• Experience with Vastu Planning and Steel Structures is a plus
