The Architect will be responsible for designing and planning residential and commercial buildings, developing detailed construction plans, and coordinating with construction teams and clients. Daily tasks include creating architectural drawings, ensuring compliance with local building codes and regulations, conducting site visits, reviewing progress, and resolving any design issues. The Architect will also collaborate on interior and exterior designs, including Vastu plans and 3D elevations.
