Role Overview:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Architect (B.Tech/B.Arch) with 2–3 years of experience in real estate projects. The candidate will play a key role in designing, planning, and coordinating residential & commercial developments, ensuring both functionality and aesthetic appeal.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in design development, concept planning, and working drawings for real estate projects.
• Prepare 2D/3D models, layouts, and presentations using AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar tools.
• Collaborate with project managers, consultants, and contractors during different phases of construction.
• Conduct site visits to ensure design implementation and quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with building bye-laws, codes, and local regulations.
• Support senior architects in design proposals and client presentations.
• Contribute innovative ideas in sustainable and modern design solutions for residential and commercial spaces.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Photoshop, MS Office.
• Good understanding of real estate project requirements.
• Strong design sense, attention to detail, and creativity.
• Knowledge of building regulations, approvals, and statutory compliance.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tasks.

Qualifications:

• B.Tech in Architecture / B.Arch from a recognized institute.
• 2–3 years of experience in real estate / architectural design projects.
