We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong design and technical skills, with the ability to develop architectural concepts, plans, and detailed drawings. You will collaborate with clients, engineers, and project managers to bring innovative and functional architectural designs to life.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop architectural concepts, designs, and plans based on client requirements and project goals.
Create detailed drawings, blueprints, and 3D models using CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.).
Collaborate with engineers, interior designers, and contractors to ensure design feasibility and structural integrity.
Oversee project development from concept to completion, ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations.
Conduct site visits and inspections to assess project progress and address design challenges.
Prepare presentations, renderings, and proposals for client meetings and approvals.
Stay updated with the latest architectural trends, materials, and sustainability practices.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards.

Requirements:

Bachelor s or Master s degree in Architecture.
Proven experience as an Architect with a strong portfolio of projects.
Proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, or similar tools.
Knowledge of building codes, zoning laws, and construction processes.
Strong design and visualization skills, with an eye for detail.
Excellent communication, presentation, and project management abilities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Experience with sustainable design and green building principles is a plus.
