Job Description

Responsibilities:

Produce detailed construction drawings using AutoCAD, Sketchup, or similar
software
Prepare drawings for schematic design, design development, and construction
phases Create 3D models, renderings, and visualizations to communicate design
ideas
Collaborate with engineers, consultants, and contractors to integrate structural,
mechanical, electrical, and other systems into overall design.
Assist in reviewing shop drawings and submittals during construction phase
Analyze site conditions and constraints for incorporation into design solutions
Support senior/project architects in managing project timelines, budgets, and
resources
Assist in preparing presentations and documentation for internal meetings

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field
2- 3 years of relevant professional experience
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, and other design software
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
