Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Architect specializing in premium buildings to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio of luxury residential, commercial, or mixed-use projects and a deep understanding of high-end materials, sustainable design, and cutting-edge architectural technologies. This role requires a keen eye for aesthetics, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with clients, engineers, and project managers to deliver world-class structures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design & Planning: Develop architectural designs for high-end buildings, ensuring functionality, aesthetics, and sustainability.
• Client Interaction: Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, requirements, and budget, translating them into exceptional designs.
• Project Development: Lead the architectural planning and execution from concept to completion, ensuring compliance with zoning laws, regulations, and building codes.
• Material Selection: Recommend and source premium materials, finishes, and sustainable design elements to achieve superior quality.
• Collaboration: Work closely with structural engineers, interior designers, and contractors to ensure seamless integration of design elements.
• Technology & Innovation: Utilize advanced design software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, etc.) and stay updated on emerging trends in luxury architecture.
• Site Visits & Quality Control: Conduct site visits to oversee construction progress, ensure quality standards, and troubleshoot any design challenges.
• Sustainability & Smart Design: Incorporate eco-friendly materials, energy-efficient solutions, and smart technology for future-ready buildings.

Education:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.

Experience:

• 0-3 years of experience in architectural design, with a focus on luxury/high-end buildings.

Software Proficiency:

• AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, Adobe Creative Suite, BIM, and other relevant tools.

Skills:

• Strong design and visualization skills
• Deep understanding of premium materials and finishes
• Excellent communication and project management abilities
• Knowledge of local and international building codes and regulations
• Experience with sustainable and smart building technologies

Preferred Qualities:

• Experience working with ultra-luxury residential, high-end commercial, or hospitality projects.
• Strong network within the construction and luxury real estate industry.
• Ability to work on multiple projects while maintaining high standards of design and execution.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
