Salary Range: ₹30,000 – ₹45,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:

• Conceptualise, design, and develop architectural plans and layouts.
• Prepare working drawings, 3D models, and client presentations.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, engineers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure design implementation and quality control.
• Ensure designs comply with zoning laws, building codes, and safety regulations.
• Revise and adapt plans as per client feedback and project requirements.
• Stay updated with trends, materials, and best practices in architecture and design.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch).
• 1–4 years of relevant experience in residential/commercial architecture.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, V-Ray, Lumion, and Adobe Suite.
• Strong understanding of building materials, construction methods, and design principles.
• Good communication, visualization, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualities:

• Passionate about design and detail-oriented.
• Ability to multitask and manage project timelines efficiently.
• Prior experience with local authority approvals is a plus.
