Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Architect located in Kannur. The Architect will be responsible for designing, planning, and managing the construction of buildings and structures. Daily tasks include creating architectural designs, collaborating with construction teams, integrating sustainable practices, and ensuring project management standards are met. The Architect will work closely with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality projects that align with our commitment to sustainability and innovation.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Architecture and Architectural Design
• Experience in Project Management, including overseeing construction projects and coordinating teams
• Knowledge of Integration and collaboration with software development for design purposes
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work on-site in Kannur
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
• Knowledge of sustainable building practices is a plus
