Designation: Architect Location: Nashik Experience : Min. 2 Years exp Salary: 15,000-30,000 Joining Status: Immediately We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Architect to lead and support the design and execution of construction projects from concept to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong design skills, technical knowledge, and experience in project coordination, ensuring the functionality, safety, sustainability, and aesthetics of each design. Key Responsibilities: Develop architectural designs, plans, and models using CAD, Revit, or other design software. Collaborate with clients to determine project requirements and goals. Prepare feasibility reports, environmental impact assessments, and design proposals. Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other consultants throughout the project lifecycle. Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning laws, and regulatory requirements. Oversee construction progress and conduct site visits to ensure alignment with design intent. Revise plans and designs based on feedback, site conditions, or changes in client requirements. Present design ideas to clients and stakeholders through drawings, presentations, and models. Stay updated with new design trends, sustainable practices, and materials. Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture. Registered/licensed architect (preferred or as per local regulations). Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office. Strong understanding of architectural design, construction methods, and materials. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills. Attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team. Knowledge of green building practices and LEED certification (preferred).
