Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented architect to lead the design and execution of residential, commercial, or industrial construction projects. The candidate should be skilled in architectural software, building codes, and project coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed architectural drawings and specifications.
• Collaborate with clients to understand needs and translate ideas into design.
• Ensure designs meet building codes, zoning laws, and regulations.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and consultants.
• Conduct site visits and manage on-site activities when necessary.
• Prepare feasibility studies and presentations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Architecture.
• Licensed architect or working toward licensure.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and/or BIM software.
• Strong knowledge of building codes and construction methods.
• Excellent communication, design, and visualization skills.
