Building Codes & Regulations – Knowledge of local and national standards.
Sustainability & Green Building Design – Energy-efficient and eco-friendly design.
Project Management – Coordinating timelines, budgets, and teams.
Site Planning & Urban Design – Designing layouts considering surroundings.
Detailing & Drafting – Precision in construction drawings and documentation.
