Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Architect with 10 years of experience, supporting the seamless execution of architectural and interior projects. This full-time position is within Building Construction, a division of a leading infrastructure company.

This role is essential for bridging the gap between design and on-site implementation, ensuring that architectural concepts, MEP Services and interior design details are translated accurately and efficiently during construction.

The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of site workflow, construction practices, MEP Services and interior fit-out coordination, with the ability to manage day-to-day activities while aligning with broader project objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily on-site execution of both architectural and interior projects
• Coordinate with architects, interior designers, consultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth project progress
• Assist in creating and managing basic project schedules and report progress to senior management
• Interpret and implement architectural and interior drawings with precision
• Support the procurement and timely delivery of materials, particularly for interior finishes and fixtures
• Maintain organized site documentation, including daily reports, inspection logs, and coordination records
• Maintain effective communication and information systems among stakeholders
• Maintain an appointment agenda and inform team members of commitments

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience as a Design Architect, Project Coordinator or Interior Architect within the real estate sector
• Strong experience in reading, coordinating & issuing GFC drawings and detailed drawings for large scale projects
• Strong understanding of construction detailing, finishing work, and material coordination.
• Strong communication and coordination skills for interfacing with multiple teams.
• Organized, solution-oriented, and detail-focused.
• Proficiency in architectural design software, particularly Autocad, Sketchup, Photoshop, MS Office, REVIT will be an additional advantage

Essential Requirement:

• Must have experience in premium high-rise residential projects
• Bachelor’s in architecture (Full Time)
• Knowledge of Building Material and Project procurement
• 10+ years of experience in design coordination

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹1,200,000.00 per year
