Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Architect/Interior Designer with 3–4 years of professional experience in commercial interiors and high-end residential projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing design development, coordination with consultants and vendors, MEP integration, material selection, and site supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop design concepts, presentations, and working drawings for commercial and residential interior projects.

Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and vendors for smooth execution of projects.

Involve in MEP services planning and coordination in line with project requirements.

Select and specify materials, finishes, and products in alignment with design intent and project budgets.

Conduct regular site visits to review execution, quality, and compliance with design and specifications.

Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and Vaastu principles (as applicable).

Prepare detailing drawings, schedules, and BOQs as needed.

Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institution.

3–4 years of hands-on experience in commercial interiors and residential architecture projects.

Strong understanding of detailing, materials, and construction techniques.

Basic knowledge of building materials, building codes, and Vaastu design principles.

Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other design software. Knowledge of Photoshop, Lumion, or Revit is a plus.

Excellent communication and coordination skills.
