Architect

The Architect will support the design implementation and coordination of architectural elements at the construction site. This role involves reviewing drawings, conducting site inspections, and ensuring that construction aligns with approved architectural plans and design intent. The Architect will work closely with consultants, contractors, and site teams to resolve design-related issues and maintain quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing architectural drawings and specifications for site execution.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with design intent.
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, and interior teams for integrated execution.
• Support the Lead Architect in resolving design-related issues on-site.
• Review shop drawings, material submittals, and mock-ups.
• Monitor progress of architectural works and report deviations.
• Ensure adherence to local building codes and project standards.
• Participate in design coordination meetings and maintain documentation.
• Provide input on design modifications and value engineering proposals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in architectural design and site coordination.
• Registration with a professional architectural body (e.g., COA) is preferred.
• Experience in commercial, residential, or institutional projects.

Desired Skillset

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Good understanding of architectural detailing, materials, and finishes.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to interpret drawings and resolve site-level design issues.
• Knowledge of sustainable design and construction practices.
