Role Description

This is a full-time role for an Architect living in Pune. The Architect will design and manage architectural projects, create detailed working drawings, ensure seamless integration with other disciplines, and coordinate project execution. Responsibilities include preparing architectural designs, coordinating with clients and stakeholders, managing project schedules, and ensuring compliance with design standards.

Qualifications

• B. Arch or M. Arch with overall experience of 5 - 6 years
• Knowledge and experience in Architecture and Architectural Design
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, Google SketchUp, VRay, Enscape
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with diverse teams and stakeholders
• Understanding of sustainable and contemporary design principles is an added advantage
