Role Description This is a full-time role for an Architect located in Pune. The Architect will be responsible for day-to-day tasks including architectural design and integration of various design elements. The Architect will work closely with clients and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality projects on time, ensuring aesthetic and functional excellence. Role Description 4-5 years of working experience in Architectural Firms. Qualifications Master's / Bachelor's degree in Architecture Skills in Architectural Design and Architecture Knowledge of Municipal By-Laws, UDCPR Rule is a must Knowledge of AutoCAD, Google SketchUp, V-Ray Knowledge of Enscape would be added advantage Excellent communication and teamwork skills

The Costing Engineer will be responsible for day-to-day tasks including preparing BOQs along with site visits to take measurements. The Costing Engineer will work closely with Senior Costing Engineer and design team to deliver Cost Estimates & Bill checking on time, Role Description 4-5 years of working experience in Interior Design & Architecture Firms as Costing Engineer. Qualifications Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering Skills in preparing BOQs and Bill Checking Knowledge of day to day site activities Knowledge of market pertaining to the materials used on site Excellent communication and teamwork skills The candidate must be based in Pune Only.
